Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Namah Softech Pvt Ltd, we value your trust and strive to provide the best possible experience through our Odoo implementation, module development, and digital services. Since our products and services are delivered electronically and are often customized to client requirements, our refund and cancellation policies are structured accordingly.
Nature of Services
We are a service-based company providing:
- Odoo ERP implementation and customization
- Odoo module development and deployment
- Odoo support, maintenance, and consulting
- Hourly and ticket-based service packages
All deliverables are digital in nature and provided electronically. No physical products are shipped.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their order or service request before the project initiation or before any work has been started.
- Once the service has commenced or deliverables (such as code, modules, or access credentials) have been shared, the order cannot be cancelled.
- For prepaid hourly or ticket-based services, cancellations made before usage will be honored with a credit that can be applied toward future services within 90 days.
Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The purchased service or module has not been delivered or initiated.
- A technical issue prevents us from delivering the service, and the client informs us within 7 days of purchase.

No refund will be provided once:
- The project work has started.
- A digital deliverable (e.g., Odoo module or code) has been shared.
- The service has been completed as per agreed scope.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation and credited to the original payment method.
Modification or Replacement
If the client is dissatisfied with the delivered module or service due to technical issues, Namah Softech Pvt Ltd may offer:
- A bug fix or modification, or

A replacement service/module,
depending on mutual agreement, instead of a refund.

Company Rights
Namah Softech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Non-payment or payment disputes
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
