Welcome to Namah Softech Pvt Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and digital products. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

We are an Odoo Official Silver Partner providing Odoo implementation, customization, module development, consulting, and technical support services.

 Scope of Services

We provide digital and software-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Odoo ERP implementation & customization
  • Odoo module development
  • Odoo hosting, support, and maintenance
  • Functional and technical consulting
  • Ticket-based and hourly-based service packages

No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Service Delivery

  • All our services and deliverables are provided digitally via online communication platforms, email, or client Odoo environments.
  • Upon receiving payment, our team will contact you within 24–48 business hours to start the process.
  • Project delivery timelines will depend on the service type and will be communicated in writing.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Payments can be made through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay) or via bank transfer as per mutual agreement.
  • Taxes (GST) will be applied as per government regulations.
  • Payment for hourly or ticket-based services must be made in advance.

Refund and Cancellation

  • As we deliver digital services and customized solutions, refunds are only applicable if:
    • The service has not yet been initiated, or
    • A technical issue prevents delivery, and the client informs us within 7 days of purchase.
  • No refund will be provided once the service work has commenced or a module has been delivered.
  • For support tickets or prepaid hours, unused hours can be rolled over for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

Intellectual Property

  • All Odoo modules, code, designs, and documentation created by Namah Softech Pvt Ltd remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under a written agreement.
  • Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their own business purposes only.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information and timely feedback for project success.
  • Any delays caused by client inaction may extend project timelines.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and project data.

Limitation of Liability

  • Namah Softech Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of engagement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Vadodara, Gujarat courts.

Changes to These Terms

Namah Softech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
