At Namah Softech Pvt Ltd, we provide Odoo implementation, customization, module development, and related IT services. As we are a service-based organization, no physical products are shipped. All our deliverables are digital in nature and provided electronically.

Service Delivery

  • All services, including Odoo modules, support packages, or hourly-based services, are delivered digitally via email, online communication channels, or directly within client Odoo environments.
  • Upon successful payment, our team will contact you within 24–48 business hours to initiate service delivery or provide access to purchased modules.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the service type and scope of work, as defined in the proposal or order confirmation.

No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical goods. Therefore, there are no shipping charges or delivery timelines applicable.

Service Access & Activation

  • Purchased Odoo modules will be shared via secure download links or directly installed on your Odoo environment.
  • Support or development services will commence based on the mutually agreed schedule between Namah Softech Pvt Ltd and the client.
